Registration Fees

• Super Early Bird: $899 USD (available through December 19, 2026)
• Early Bird: $999 USD (available through January 30, 2027)
• Standard Rate: $1,199 USD (after January 30, 2027)

Cancellation after December 19, 2026 requires full payment.
It is possible to replace the originally registered participant with another person from the same company. In this case, please inform us by sending a note to ea-events@sap.com.
Event no-shows are ineligible for a refund.

Cancellation of the Event

SAP is entitled to cancel the event if it cannot be hold due to force majeure, if the venue is unavailable at short notice, or if there are not enough participants to cover costs. Force majeure is to be assumed if SAP is prevented from providing the service by an external event that cannot be foreseen even with the utmost care that could reasonably be expected given the situation and could not be prevented with economically viable means, e.g. natural disasters, political crisis situations (e.g. war), terrorist conflicts, strikes as well as epidemics, pandemics and comparable situations.

If SAP must shorten or cancel the event that has already started due to force majeure, the participant is not entitled to a refund of the participation fee already paid.

In case of cancellation of the event before start, the participant will receive the relevant information immediately and within 14 days a refund of the participation fee already paid. SAP will not assume any costs incurred by the participant due to possible expenses, such as travel and hotel expenses, or due to lost working hours.

Terms of Payment

The participation fee must be paid in USD by credit card. Your registration is fully confirmed after the payment is received.
